Project estimated effort/cost

Any project to develop, acquire or change systems has costs.  In order to determine where this project fits in the University’s priorities, we must develop an accurate estimate of the true costs of the project before the project can begin.  Costs will include equipment, software, consultants, training and the cost of labor in your department, in Computing Services, and in other departments that may be involved.

While you probably do not know the full and actual cost of these items at this time, please estimate below which of these costs is likely to apply to this project.  If this project is passed on to Computing Services, a systems analyst will work with you to refine these estimates.
